Kreative Readers is a group for women that have a passion for reading and writing. This group will explore books, their meaning along with their authors. From monthly discussions to daily online post, we are an interactive club with an KREATIVE twist. We also attend different literary events like: Book signings, poetry slams, open mics, and writing workshops.

How did your group come up with its name? THE NAME MOCHA WAS DECIDED UPON BASED ON THE VARIOUS HUES OF BROWN THAT ARE EXHIBITED AMONG OUR BEAUTIFUL COMPLEXIONS.
This DC/MD metro area book club had this to say about the NBCC–WE HAD A BALL. Six of the nine members were able to attend and we loved ever minute of it. We enjoyed it so much we have already registered for the 2009 NBCC. Reader’s Paradise is a small and intimate book club with a FOCUS on discussing books with a back- drop of fellowship. Reader’s Paradise has a retreat annually and during the course of the year they follow the theme from their 2007 Book of the Year by Electa Rome Parks “Ladies Night Out”–Reader’s Paradise meet to eat, check-in and fellowship in DEPTH.
