And…here we go!

1. How in the world did I  get talked into having another young adult in our home?!?!

2.  Hurricane Irene is in front of me.

3. Life’s filled with trials and tribulations but also joy and happiness.

4. Ribs, barbeque chicken, potato salad, baked beans, deviled eggs, homemade pound cake with strawberries/whipped greens is what I want for a picnic lunch.

5. That was where we decided to go left rather than right.

6. St. Thomas, VI… I think of as “our place.”

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to resting/relaxing with something refreshing and a good book, tomorrow my plans include closing the financial books for the month of July and taking daughter shopping  and Sunday, I want to catch up on my reading…but instead I will go to church, cook dinner and get ready for a new work week!

Friday evening:  Last minute packing and taking care of things for daughter for cheerleading camp; might go out to dinner with hubby if it’s not storming.
