Change is Inevitable, Growth is Optional

The one thing upon which we can rely in this life is change. It’s our only constant. But just because things change, and we change - that doesn’t mean we grow. Growth is a choice, a decision.
Every situation, every thing that happens, every success and disappointment is an opportunity for growth if we’re willing to recognize it as such. Of course it’s easy to grow when the sun is shining and everything is going well, when we’re happy and things are going our way. But when things change as they always do, and things get tough and the skies open and the rain comes down in buckets, we forget or lose sight of the growth opportunity available to us. But it’s still there - all we have to do is look for it. Recognize it. Decide.
Everyone has to cope with change. Growth occurs when you choose to do more than cope, when you choose to capitalize on change and wring from it every last drop of opportunity for forward movement you possibly can. No, it’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.

Change is good. Growth is something we get if we decide to accept change.
In my life I use everything, no matter good, bad or otherwise, as a learning experience. Those experiences are like stepping stones and building blocks, used to promote growth.
Wonderful, and the truth as we know it, we can take change, water it, sun it watch us Grow…
