  1. It was my first time as well, but I like it. I have always liked the music Queen Latifah put out under her real name. I think it’s sultry. I really liked it.

  2. I enjoyed the performance – Lil looked and sounded like a pro. This performance was heads above when she was “preforming” in the AI contest.
Makes you wonder about the coaching help she received when on AI.

And yes, always have liked Queen Latifah – singing, acting, etc. May put on her jazz cd and listen while reading this weekend

  3. I don’t watch American Idol, it’s always a schedule glitch. Besides when I watch I never know anyone. I did know who Li’l was cause they kept talking about her. I couldn’t hear the entire song, but what I did, sounds good. Is this song out now?

  4. I was a faithful idol watcher all season…allison was always my front runner. I thought Lil sang the mary stuff really well, but kind of had a rough run toward the end. I can’t stop watching this performance. Lil with Queen was awesome, they were so in sync, and complimented each other very well. I don’t think I’ve ever thought about buying a queen CD, but if this performance is on there, I totally would. Ricky and the band killed the performance, I don’t know who that drummer is, but wow. Great stuff all around.
