Dancing With the Stars, Week 3

Welcome to Week 3 of Dancing With the Stars. Grab your favorite snack and beverage and come join us as we discuss tonight’s show.

Denise Richards and Max–Last week she was voted as most improved…what will she do this week? This week she’s doing the Samba. She’s not very good…she doesn’t look very graceful or coordinated. I agree with Bruno and CarrieAnne…she was FLAT. CarrieAnne told her she needed to work on her arms and to just work on that next week. Predicted Score: 18 ACTUAL SCORE: 16 wow it was worst than I thought…hehe.
Up next Chuck and Julianne…well will Chuck be any better this week? Only time will tell. Hmmm and I’m not giving him sympathy points just because he grew up on a potato farm and never danced before…he definitely needs to get more serious if he wants me to take him serious. He claims he’s busting out of Julianne’s shadow with the Fox Trot this week. I like Julianne’s dress and Chuck looks much better than he did last week; looks like he’s trying this week. Okay the ending was corny…hehe. Yes he danced with her this week rather than chasing her (Bruno). Carrieanne said he can possibly be a contender…but he needs to work on his grapevine. Len said posture was good but not great yet. I agree. Predicted Score: 21/22 ACTUAL SCORE: 23 WOW…okay I’m not sure they were that good…but good for them.
Holli and Dmitry–Hopefully her bust and bottom will be in sync this week. She’s doing the Samba this week…what does she have on in practice…where is the fashion patrol. Okay so you’re not a dancer…but do you enjoy dancing…hmm why the heck are you on the show if you’re not going to try? Yep she isn’t very co-ordinated she seems like she’s not keeping up with him…she’s too stiff. CarrieAnne said it was kinda rough to watch and she’s totally disjointed and her foot came off the ground…and she doesn’t have any strenght…she doesn’t support her own self in the dance. Len said it was like a mat. Bruno said the top shelf had much to display but then he had to look at the feet and it all feel apart. Technique…hmmm she has none…lol. Predicted Score: 17 ACTUAL SCORE: 17 was I on or what…hehe.
Steve-O and Lacey–this is going to be interested; they’re doing the Fox Trot. Yep they’re definitely playing it safe tonight and Lacey is overdancing to compensate. Po’ SteveO…and it looks like he just hurt himself again. Len gave him a clap for trying to dance. Bruno said he started well and then it feel too pieces; said he lost it. CarrieAnne said he really impressed her because she could see that he was in genuine pain. He tweaked his ankle and hurt his back again.Predicted Score: 18; ACTUAL SCORE: 15…I thought they were going to give him some sympathy points.
Lawrence and Edyta–This week they’re doing the Samba. Love this song! Awkward moment with lift…what was that. Ending wasn’t smooth either…thought he was going to drop her. They were okay. Bruno said he’s light on his feet and he has rhythm. CarrieAnne said good job and he needs to go for more difficulty. Len likes his work ethnics but he needs more rhythm coming out of his hips. Predicted Score: 19 ACTUAL SCORE: 20…good for them.
Shawn and Mark…she’s doing the Fox Trot this week…she is such a little powerhouse…not bad. Okay lighten up on the fakebake. CarrieAnne said they were in perfect sync…Shawn glided across the floor. Len siad it was fluid…little hunched in your shoulders. Bruno said she looked like a beautiful bejeweled hummingbird. Predicted Score: 24 ACTUAL SCORE: 27 They like Shawn she’s the Golden Girl and so far she’s been the best dancer this week.
Cheryl and Gilles…will they capture the top spot again this week? This week is the Samba…and his mom came all the way from Frances to see him dance…hmmm is he a momma’s boy? Lots of passion and energy. They worked it out! Yea. Len said that he made a hard dance look easy. Bruno said he came out like a red hot poker…said everyone would want to party with him. CarrieAnne said that Cheryl was working it for Gilles and he shock things she didn’t know men could shake. Predicted Score: 25 ACTUAL Score: 27 YEA…glad they did better than I predicted…because I thought they were good but I wasn’t sure if the judges would agree.
David and Kym–they did really well with the Fox Trot. Bruno said it was like watching Mr. Ben Vereen. CarrieAnne said two snaps. Technique was beautiful. Lyn said it was the best dance he’s done. Predicted Score: 24 ACTUAL SCORE: 24
Steve and Karina–hmmm that was horrible but he’s adorable. CarrieAnne said the novelty has worn out…he was an earthworm…hehe. Len said the dances are killing Steve and that he was terrible from start to finish. Bruno said it was the worst Samba he ever (seen) saw…he thinks…lol. Predicted Score: 14 ACTUAL SCORE…10 wow I didn’t think they would go below 15 but they were brutal…but trueful.
Melissa and Tony dancing the Fox Trot…daughter likes her outfit. They looked good together but the music was putting me to sleep. Len said overall it was fantastic. Bruno said beautiful to look at easy to love. CarrieAnne said she’s an excellent dancing…but there’s something that’s lacking…and I agree…she needs to challenge herself just a little bit more…cause she bored me. Predicted Score: 23 ACTUAL SCORE 27
Lil Kim and Derek–This evening she’s doing the Samba. She’s a hard worker. Okay the Samba’s all in the hips…let’s see ewhat she gives us. Girlfriend is shaking what her momma gave her…go on gurl…hehe. Bruno said she has super-size sex appeal…it wasn’t perfect but she sold it. CarrieAnne said it was hot and she likes that she draws us in. Len said she had a bionic booty…and that Derek needs to slip in more fundamental steps. Predicted Score: 22/23 ACTUAL SCORE: 25…YGG!
Ty and Chelsie…pulling up the rear…I hope he’s more fluid than he’s been the last two weeks. They’re doing the Fox Trot this week…you know I sort of like him…I think it’s sympathy like…hehe. Let’s see how well they do the Fox Trot. Oh no she fell! How did that happen I thought they were in sync before it happened. CarrieAnne said that Ty is most improved. Agree he was smooth even tho’ she felt. Lyn said it was stiff and lacked musicality…but he saw it was fantastic…was that double talk? Bruno said that Chelise is turning out to be a miracle worker…said if they carry on like this they will see great improvements. The judges really like Ty. Predicted Score: 22 ACTUAL SCORE 23 I can’t believe their score was as high as it was but listening to the feedback told me they were going to score high.

I think this is going to be the season for the men, cuase the women “stars” are not very good.
Denise Richardson was poor and so was Holli.

I see everyone is bringing their A-game tonight. Shawn and Mark did really good. I know in gymnastics it’s all about form and power, but ballroom dancing is about grace and elegance.

I didn’t catch the show last week, but I made certain that I got home yesterday so I could catch every detail for the most part I enjoyed everyone, but STEVE needs to go! He’s nice, but nice doesn’t do well on the dance floor!
Agree sis time for Steve to go but guess what he’s still there and I can’t believe they kept Holly over Denise although I don’t like either one of them.
