My 3yo and I are so happy to see this. When he was smaller I would let him watch American Idol and Dancing with the Stars. He likes the dancing a little bit more than the singing. I don’t know why he gets so excited about it, but he does.
Toni and Susan are my choice in females. Ted and Rocco are my choice in males. After I see how well they dance I will finalize my pick.
I hear you about Toni but I am curious to see Cloris L. and Cody L.
l love the show; I have a friend who I’ve never met face to face (we met in an online group). She and I love dancing, and last year we would spend nearly the entire show on the phone. I would have to say Toni Braxton and Susan Lucci, Maurice Green of the men. But on the pro side, I’m glad that Max is back (so I guess that means I’m really cheering for the volley ball medalist who is his partner) and I’m rooting for him to come in first this year – he almost made it with Layla Ali and Mel B.
I don’t typically watch the show but I may this year since Toni Braxton is on. Does anybody know how the celebs are paired with the dancers? Is it a random thing or do they try to match them by height, weight, etc.
The show is pretty good; nothing compares to the professionalism of So You Think You Can Dance. I’m curious about Toni because she had heart trouble earlier this year and had to cancel some performances. My gripe with this show is they do not have any black pro dancers. Yeah, I went there. The queen of the race police.

I Love LOVE LOVE Danicing with the Stars.
This season I will be rooting for Toni Braxton and Maurice Green.
I didn’t like Warren Sapp as a football player and can’t see him be coordinated enough to do well on this show.
Finally, Reality TV that I enjoy.
They may not have any black pros, but the Max does it for me. Whew!!
Hey Nicole it’s random how the celebrities are matched with the pros. The have had’ the tallest with the shortest and stuff like that. But in the end you have a fit bunch of celebrities.
I’m not a fan of the show. Toni’s my girl… but I’m still not watching. I like So you think you can dance, and ANTM. Every body is getting two shows this season, I’m trying to get my family to read more.
I watch Dancing With The Stars sometimes. I may watch it to check Toni Braxton out; apparently her physicians gave her the OK to do this(heart problems and the like). Cloris Leachman is a riot but somehow I think she may have some moves on her. Me and reality tv shows are getting thin as far as watching.
I am waiting to see this suspense thriller and whatever else it is suppose to be tv series, “Fringe” on Fox and this show starring Christian Slater called “My Own Worst Enemy” on NBC where he plays someone with a double life(business and family man/trained assassin with a hit on him) but does not realize what is going on or how it came to be.
