The Truth Can Kill
Alexandra Lyons and Camilla Angelson are two very different women who share more in common than they realize in Rae Lori’s Before Dawn Breaks. Alexandra lives a lonely life as a trained assassin. She falls victim to amnesia when a hit goes awry. She starts life anew as Camilla, a free-spirited writer, with no idea of the life she left behind. When her life is threatened, she finds herself relying on Josh Mayer, a former secret service agent, to protect her and help pull the scattered pieces of her past together.
Before Dawn Breaks offers an intricately woven plot that jumps about at times, causing the story to feel disjointed. The author keeps readers invested in the story by adding twists and turns that are at times predictable. Before Dawn Breaks will appeal to fans of government thrillers and spy stories.
