Glory by Deborah S. Jones is a love story, about a young girl named Glory and the choice she makes that affects the rest of her life. One Night is all it took to change Glory Strair’s life; the one night she pretended to be someone different. If it was not for that one night that her aunt needed her to do the unthinkable she would have never been put in the position to have to make the decision…to either stay or walk away.

Uncomfortable with the surroundings she is in, Glory decides it is best to get out while the getting is good. So when she sees a handsome stranger getting in his car, she approaches him for a ride. Neither one of them realized how that one ride would turn into a ride of a lifetime.

Glory by Deborah S. Jones was a decent debut. Although, I found the story somewhat repetitive, considering that the book is based on that “one night.” Ms. Jones constantly makes reference to that one night, making the story drag in some areas. For the most part, I thought Glory was just an okay read.
