Author Cee Cee H. Caldwell-Miller shares in “Be In Good Health” how to live a life of happiness, wholeness and wellness according to the promises God has made us in His Word. She explains that in order to live life to the fullest, you must be complete.
This straightforward read is not preachy, but very informational, allowing the reader to search themselves and seek God for what they need to be made whole. Whether it is things that deal with mental health, such as emotional, educational, relationship, financial or social, author Caldwell-Miller addresses what these things are, provides answers in regards to her experiences and other sources, as well as shares her story as a basis of encouragement.
Becoming whole in our physical bodies is important as well, and information is provided to help in getting our bodies in shape. Where we live and how it affects us is addressed as it pertains to our health.
Finally our spiritual health is addressed, and the importance of knowing this is the way we find meaning, hope, and inner peace in our lives. The bottom line is it is up to us to want to be whole and experience all that God has promised us, for He has given us all that pertain unto life and godliness.
Once we have made up our mind to either begin the journey or continue the journey to wellness, there are suggestions, resources, daily affirmations and other helpful information provided at the back of the book.
I recommend Be In Good Health to everyone and anyone who is seeking to become whole or complete in every area of their lives.
