Guarding His BodyRomance on the Run is the new series of books by A.C. Arthur. In the first novel, Guarding His Body, Arthur introduces readers to the Bennett Family. The Bennett family, owners of Bennett Industries, was on the verge of one of the biggest mergers the country had ever seen. However, someone was threatening members of the family. They hired the Desdune Securities for personal security. Everyone was pleased except Lorenzo. Lorenzo did not think he needed personal security; particularly since petite, sexy Sabrina Desdune was guarding him.

Sabrina was an ex-marine who was proud to be a part of her brother’s security service. She realized very early that providing protection for Lorenzo was not going to be easy. Lorenzo was tall, sexy and everything she wanted in a man. Sparks immediately began to fly between them and for the first time, Sabrina was unsure of her actions and it could cost them both their lives.

Arthur’s story put the readers in the middle of the action from the first page. Her writing style captivates the reader and pulls the reader into the drama that unfolds between Lorenzo and Sabrina, first as clients and then as lovers. There was the right mix of sensuality mixed with mystery. I cannot wait to read the next installment.
