Heaven Right Here is Lutishia Lovely’s next installment in the Kingdom Citizens’ Christian Center series. Everyone is at war. Stacy is glowing after giving birth to Darius Jr. and she cannot imagine her life without him. She still does not understand how his father could just walk away from her and she wages war against him and his partner. Hope battles with her inner demands as she watches her husband, Cy, befriend the husband of her nemesis, Millicent. Frieda finds a new man who knows how to rock her world. She later learns that maybe there is more to a relationship than sex.
Lovely brings a lot of drama, sex, and scandal with Heaven Right Here. Once again, I found portions of the story slow moving, predictable and some very funny. Many of the old characters, Pastor Montgomery and his wife, Vivian, and Tai and King Brooke, make appearances that added to the fun. Fans of Lovely will definitely enjoy this story.
