Holy Seduction by Jessica A. Robinson is a look into the drama that is in the church home of the head pastor, Randy Tate. Randy has come along way and by his side stands his beloved wife, Denise. The funny thing is Denise is just not as devoted or virtuous as she appears. Denise hides a wicked past as well as the goings on in the present. Will she be able to maintain the role of First Lady at Oakdale’s Baptist Church or will she relinquish her title to some of those other lust-filled, thirsty, trifling women?
When Denise’s dirt starts to surface and she begins to lose control of the current situation, what is a girl to do? How can Denise convince Tyrone not to go to her husband and expose what has been going on between them? Pay him off perhaps? Pastor Tate is oblivious to his wife’s gallivanting but when he learns of her pregnancy she has rectified his heart and soul. The question is whose baby is it? With love on the line and the Pastors’ family under scrutiny, will Denise come clean or will she forever remain the devil in the pulpit?
Holy Seduction is filled with two-timing, cheating folks that praise God on Sunday morning and are sinning by Sunday night. This book is filled with laughs; will make you cry and test your faith on more than one level. Holy Seduction is well written and makes you feel as if you could relate to the people in the story. I recommend this book to readers of all genres; a great faith-filled story was told within these pages.
