i have read some of the books listed, i read bitch and bitch reloaded, thug matrimony , the coldest winter ever, ahustlers wife, imagine this, and deadly reigns. i love every ;last one of these bokks but i loved thug matrimony the most that series is the best i have read in a long time

I have read a good amount of these books. You gotta love “Coldest Winter Ever”. Also I’ve read all of the “Little Black Girl Lost” books as well. I’m not big on the books that are very “hood” to me too many of them are the same. I LOVED “Choices” by Skyy and I’m a straight woman. That book totally caught me by surprise but I’m very glad I read it. I also enjoyed “Victoria Secret” and “Bitch”

Darnetta ~ Yes A Street Girl Named Desire was something else indeed. There were several parts of the books that had me like “for real?” I’m glad the author did a twist with the HIV situation. I just did not want ole girl to have to go out like that… It was a really good read. I can’t wait to have time for another reading spree. I have so many books stacked up and waiting to be read. If I could stop buying new ones, I might be able to read the ones I have. LOL.

Oops, I’ve only read two on the list…The Take Down by Mark Anthony and
The Coldest Winter Every by Sister Souljah.
So C-Murder’s book is good? Wow, that’s a shock. Might have to pick that up. Now I just have to find more reading time…

A Street Girl Named Desire was something else, wasn’t it? There is one part in that book that stills has me like ‘for real?’ LOL

Oh and C-Murder is really going to shock you. That book was excellently written. SO not what I expected from a rapper. Especially with the disappointment in 50 Cents label
