Is it true that a woman looks for her father in the men she dates? I would say yes and it is explained more in My Husband Made a Man Outta Me & I Resent It! by M. Cecile Forte, Ph.D. The definition of a man-made woman is one that is influenced by the boyfriends, husband, and father figures that come in and out of her life.

My Husband Made a Man Outta Me & I Resent It is filled with different scenarios where the women became man-made according to their situation. This 10 chapter book provides instructions, gives advice, and opens the readers’ eyes to true commitment. The powerful women displayed in this book will give readers the strength they need to become strong-willed women in any given situation as well as learning their worth.

Dr. M. Cecile Forte does a wonderful job of informing readers that a man-made woman comes from many different backgrounds. The man-made woman then evolves out of the negative or positive male figures that have been in her life and the choices she makes because of them. I appreciated this book because of its helpful information. This book was well researched and detailed, which gave me a better understanding of its meaning. I recommend this book to others.
