In Donna Deloney’s Journey to Jordan, Jordan Crawford is a succesful lawyer living in Chicago. She is living her perfect life in the present and trying desperately not to think about her past. That is, until her father passes away. Still haunted by her childhood, she decides not to return to her hometown in Georgia. It is not until a friend of the past comes back into her life that she realizes she has to face her painful childhood in order to embrace her future.
Deloney takes us on a emotional journey. There are lessons of forgiveness throughout the entire book. It takes a minute to get you hooked, but once you are there you cannot put it down. I recommend this book for those looking for a good Christian-fiction book.
