Hey APOOO! Check out the movie trailer for Lakeview Terrace featuring Samuel L. Jackson and Kerry Washington.
Have you ever had an ig’nant neighbor? What about a neighbor who did not like you simply because you’re in an interracial relationship marriage? Whew Samuel L. Jackson is a mean SOB in this movie! He is truly someone you love to hate. First, let me say I don’t do bigots very well at all. So what you’re dating, married to someone who is a different color. Does that give anyone the right to commit hate crimes against you? What about if the hate crime is committed by a neighbor, who’s supposed to protect and serve, like the po’po’police? Samuel is really acting up in this one…I want to see it to see what the outcome will be. Hehe. So who’s going to see Lakeview Terrace this weekend?
Speaking of Jackson, did anyone see the movie Snakes on the Plane featuring him? This movie was on HBO last night and I tried watching it…but after about 30 minutes it became way too convoluted for my taste. I now understand why I never heard about it previously…probably didn’t stay in the movie theatres longer than a day or so…hehe.

I am a fan of Samuel Jackson and Kerry Washington so I know this is a must see.
As for Snakes on a Plane, Man-chld thought it was funny. I put it on when I want to take a nap (or Soul plane) – really good to knock you out within 5 minutes.
I want to see this movie too. He’s one of my favorite actors. I watched a DVD of him in a movie called Cleanser? Have you seen this one. It was pretty good.
I can’t wait to see this film, because I am a fan of Samuel L. Jackson and Kerry Washington – they are both great actors………..I really liked Samuel in Black Snake Moon………and Kerry was great in I think I love my Wife and Last King of Scotland……….even though I think I love my wife was boring as heck, she played that role to a T.

I saw the Cleaner, I caught it by chance and I was amazed it was really good…..a different role for Samuel – however this is the same man that played a Junkie at one time in JUNGLE FEVER – “Come on mama give some Cash” Priceless…

Starr–Oh yeah I feel in love with him and Halle in Jungle Fever…they’re both very good, top-notch actors! I Love My Wife…boring…hehe.

Saw it and Samuel L. Jackson and Kerry Washington are amazing in “Lakeview Terrace.”
FYI…LakeView Terrace is a real community and was the sight of Rodney King’s arrest and beatdown by the LAPD.
I’ve been to the movies three times this week. AND yes, Lakeview Terrace was one of them. I so enjoyed this movie. Samuel did an excellent job. I’m also a fan of Kerry Washington. I would like to see her play the lead in more movies.
