LIPSTICK HUSTLA by Allison Hobbs is the highly anticipated third novel to DOUBLE DIPPIN’ and BIG JUICY LIPS. The last time we saw Misty she was a scorned lover. Brick married her mother and they were anticipating a baby. Dane ran off with all her money, leaving Misty with nothing and having to start over.
Misty is determined to get back on top and to win back the love of her life, Brick. Misty will try to scheme her way back into Brick’s life but can Brick be manipulated? With the help of Troy, or as she calls him “Ashy Cashy,” no matter how much lotion he puts on he still manages to be ashy and crusty looking and in the sex business that Misty runs, apparently ashy and crusty is a hot commodity. When Troy steals something very valuable from one of Misty’s clients, it sets off a chain of events that will leave Misty in a fight for her life. With all the people that Misty screwed over and took advantage of, it is hard to tell who wants to see Misty dead. Will Misty be able to rise to the top or will she continue to tumble backwards?
LIPSTICK HUSTLA by Allison Hobbs was a great read. LIPSTICK HUSTLA is a story of love, lust and betrayal. Ms. Hobbs picks up right where the previous novel, BIG JUICY LIPS left off. Ms. Hobbs is a talented author that no matter what genre she writes in she is sure to keep the reader on edge anticipating what will come next. I am a huge Allison Hobbs fan; having read her novels since the very first book, PANDORA’S BOX, I have seen a tremendous growth in her writing with each novel. Allison Hobbs is a phenomenal writer!
