Elissa Gabrielle’s writing and publishing passion is rooted in her desire to give a reader’s soul a rise, one page at a time and grounded in her quest to bring forth the Triumph Anthology series, an ongoing testament of faith. There is always victory in tomorrow,” Elissa says about the Triumph series.
From the novelty of her writing, to her highly-regarded greeting card line and the successful culmination of her publishing company; Elissa Gabrielle remains an ingenious and creative force to be reckoned with in terms of delivering distinct, fulfilling and entertaining literature. By pushing herself to stay a cut above the rest, Elissa Gabrielle brilliantly and consistently delivers Literary best.

Chemistry Don’t Get No Better
By Elissa Gabrielle
If dreams could dream, just like people do, I believe they’d dream the dream, of a love between me and you.
~Musiq
In my books, I give thanks to God, first, then afterwards, I thank my husband for sustaining my life. Many people ask me what does that mean. For me, it’s quite simple. First, the dictionary describes, to sustain as; “To keep in existence; maintain. To supply with necessities or nourishment; provide for. To support from below; keep from falling or sinking. To support the spirits, vitality, or resolution of; encourage. To bear up under; withstand. To affirm the validity of.”
My husband is my rock, my sustenance, my manna, he is all that I am, all that I’ll ever need…period. The love I have for him is infinite, meaning, there will not come a day where I will not ever love him. Because of him, I am a better woman.
For the two of us, chemistry don’t get no better. But it’s more than that. God blesses us with so much in our lives, sometimes we see the blessings, sometimes we don’t and sometimes He blesses us exceedingly beyond what we can truly fathom or believe. I have been exceedingly blessed with a husband that loves me unconditionally – he sustains me, he is my rock, my ace, my homie, my boy, my friend, he is…My Man.
There is a poem by Nima Akbari that is one of my favorites. It truly represents the love, respect, admiration and adoration I have for my husband…My Man.
You’re my man, my mighty king,
And I’m the jewel in your crown,
You’re the sun so hot and bright,
I’m your light-rays shining down,
You’re the sky so vast and blue,
And I’m the white clouds in your chest,
I’m a river clean and pure,
Who in your ocean finds her rest,
You’re the mountain huge and high,
I’m the valley green and wide,
You’re the body firm and strong,
And I’m a rib bone on your side,
You’re an eagle flying high,
I’m your feathers light and brown,
You’re my man, my king of kings,
And I’m the jewel in your crown.

Your explanation of the love you feel for your husband gives insight into your ability to translate that love into the pages of your books.
I have to agree with Angelia and thank you as well; I too love married love
This was really heartfelt. Congratulations on all your success.
Beautiful!!
Blessings Ladies,
Thank you so very much for the love. I’ve been at a loss for words due to the recent and sudden death of my sister, Jodi, but going to a place of deep love allowed those words to flow, thank God.
Yes, I love my husband, as you can tell, and I do thank God for him every day. His friendship, support and love really does mean the world to me.
It’s so very important that we cherish and take stock in those relationships that we are blessed to have, the people that we are fortunate enough to have in our corner, and the times we have together, should never be taken for granted.
Kisses,
Elissa Gabrielle
Wow!!! I agree with you and Angela, married love is beautiful.
I agree too…..It is something I just can not get my single friends to realize. They see marriage as a prision.

Hello Elissa, As a professional greeting card writer since 1986, I’m always interested in greeting card lines. Do you write and draw? Could you tell me where your cards are sold? I’d love to see them. From reading the article about you, I can tell you’re a very upbeat, positive person who I know is a blessing to all you come in contact with. May continued success and love come your way. Sandra
