If one is just a casual fan of Michael Jackson, then any cold summary of facts and figures from the internet would probably be enough, but for those who love him, mourn him and hope to better understand the complexity of the real brother, son, husband, friend and father beyond the "Wacko Jacko" label, this book does it with affection and integrity.

I bought the book, I haven't finished it yet.
I have read the first part and the final part that starts with 'Turning 50' till the end. The last 2-3 pages of the book left me with sadness. and in generally, the more I read about MJ the more sorrow I get. It is a nice book, as far as I have read. Another author wrote the following (which conveys much of the truth): We will never find out what was going on with MJ as he did not know sometimes what he was doing. I Love MJ sooo much I have not recovered yet from his early passing and I read almost everything I find on him. He is one of the greatest, but even great people have weak points, or even great weak points.
