African American book review for Monday Morning Motivation by Monica JonesMonday mornings have always taken the rap for having the blues and no incentive for moving through the day, but Author Monica Marie Jones shares a different take on the day that most people detest in Monday Morning Motivation.

Author Jones admonishes readers to look at the start of another week in a different light by realizing that not only is Monday a new day, but it is the beginning of a week to be inspired by positive thoughts and goals to move past the old and into the new.

With an attitude of expectancy, there is a process to follow with each chapter’s subject matter representing one week in personal development that will help you to get your life on track and begin to view yourself in a better light by doing something about the things that need improvement.

I enjoyed reading Monday Morning Motivation because of the inspiration and encouragement to change the way I think beginning with how I begin my week. I recommend this book to everyone who sees a need to revamp their lives in a positive way.
