Honey Harlow is a daring lingerie designer who becomes intrigued when Etienne Marais better known as Mr. Luxury Goods, shows interest in her business. But, Honey is a strong-willed individual who is independent and happy for the success she created on her own. Why does she need Etienne Marais to help expand her business? Etienne Marais sets out to prove that he is a business man, with several plans, who does not take no for an answer.

Although Suite Nothings was written by the ever-talented J.M. Jeffries, the book somehow lacks the spirit and freshness that the writing duo is famous for. This book was difficult to get into at first. The beginning was okay but as the story went on, it became the type of book you read a little then put it down and might forget to pick back up later. The biggest problem was the blandness of the character, Etienne Marais, given he is a Frenchmen, who are known for playing it cool, his character did not hold a candle to the energy of Honey Harlow, who was like a stick of dynamite at times. A highlight of the story was Honey’s mom, Bunny, a story focused on her and her various relationships over the years would be great to read! I can only recommend this book to devoted fans of J.M. Jeffries.
