Rewind: April 2009 Reads:

Shameless Hoodwives
This Fire Down In My Soul
The Bishop's Daughter
Nobody But You
In The Company Of My Sistahs
Trouble Loves Company
Careful Of The Company You Keep
Temperature's Rising

Least Favorite: The Bishop's Daughter, Not a bad book, just not as good as the rest!
Favorite: Nobody But You and Temperature's Rising, two great romance novels with happy endings. Just what I needed to read right about now! LOL

Fast Forwards: May 2009 Reads
Bring On The Blessings
The List
Double Crossed
Every Woman Needs A Wife
That Devil's No Friend Of Mine
The Hood Life
Some Like It Hot
Bad Girls Burn Slow
Up Pops The Devil

April
16. Nobody But You by Francis Ray - 4.5 (Week 1)
17. Sandella’s Soldier by Sabrina McAfee - 4 (Week 2)
18. Slow Burn by Brenda Jackson - 4 (Week 2)
19. Unfinished Business by Brenda Jackson 3.5 (week 3)
20. Ghost Songs(Triple Crown Manuscript)(week 3)
21. All for Money(Triple Crown Manuscript)(week 3)
22. Love Takes Time by Adrianne Byrd - 4(week 5)
23. Sex and the Single Braddock by Robyn Amos -2.5(Week 5)

Favorite book - Nobody But You by Francis Ray- Nothing really special. This was a really good story from her, I was happy because the last one let me down some.

Least - Sex and the Single Braddock by Robyn Amos - This book was just boring to me. I have had this series since it came out and had to put this book down. Because I want to finish the series, I had to read this.

May:

2manuscripts from Triple crown that I just got in the mail
The Lotus Blossom Chronicles: Book 3 by Kelley Nyrae and Mandessa Selby
One in a Million by Barbara Keaton
The Lotus Blossom Chronicles: Book 2 by JM Jeffries and Dyanne Davis
Suite Nothings by JM Jeffries
Second Chance Baby by AC Arthur
The Object of his Protection by Brenda Jackson

Ms. Toni I hate when books are plotless and of late they seem to be more common...too many authors are throwing stuff out there to meet deadlines rather than giving readers something we can read.
