I didn't realize today was World Kindness Day. We can all use a reminder to be kinder. I've found that if I consciously adopt a kind mindset, those random acts of kindness come naturally--it's much harder when I'm focusing on my own irritations or hurry or whatever. Darla´s last blog post..TT #117

These are great suggestions, but it’s good to keep in mind that some people are too suspicious to take a random act of kindness well. Best to do these with people who know you mean well.
