Is it possible to love two, or will you love one more than the other, or love them both for different reasons? Author Carl Weber enlightens readers in an unpredictable way in Torn Between Two Lovers.
Lorraine Farrow had made up her mind that she would remain faithful to her husband, Leon, after her affair with Michael was uncovered. But as she was preparing to renew her wedding vows to give her marriage a brand new start, she couldn’t help but think about Michael and the love she still held in her heart for him.
In the shadows of a wonderful event she would have shared with her ex-best friend, Jerome, Lorraine could not forget how he had betrayed her in the most unforgivable way. Still torn about her love for her husband, and her lover, Lorraine settled in her heart and mind to do what she believed was the right thing to do.
As I read through the story, I began to think that it was so predictable as the events unfolded; however, I was blindsided by the truths, consequences and repercussions that were inevitable in this story that had more sides than a triangle. Will Lorraine remain faithful to her husband, or will the strong love she held for Michael continue at the cost of what she held dear to her heart? Is the answer as simple as choosing which lover to live the rest of her life with?
I recommend this book to everyone who loves romance with a little mystery mixed with drama.
